Knights of Columbus
Purpose: The Saint Isaac Jogues Council of Knights of Columbus
(KOC) is a service organization, which strives to make a
difference in the life of the parish and in our
community. Through these five areas of service - faith,
community, family, youth and fellowship, we truly are
the “go to” organization:
- Faith: As Knights, our faith is our foundation. We support the Catholic
Church’s growth and all of her good works. We support religious outreach and
vocations.
- Community: As committed Catholics, we actively seek to become an integral part
of the parish by promoting a welcoming, supportive community. We proudly lead
the charge in pro-life issues.
- Family: We seek to strengthen family and marital bonds by holding numerous
family-focused events, including the “Family of the Month” program that honors
outstanding families.
- Youth: Through activities such as the Substance Abuse Poster contest, and the
annual Free Throw Championship, the Knight of Columbus assist youth in building
a strong sense of civic and religious responsibility.
- Fellowship: By working together for the good of our Church and community, we
create a bond of fellowship supporting each other in work and in our prayer
life.
