    Mental Health Matters<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

    Many children struggle to express what they\u2019re feeling because they don\u2019t have the words for it. Teaching them an emotional vocabulary can help. Start with basic emotions like happy, sad, mad, and scared, and gradually introduce more specific feelings like frustrated, nervous, excited, or proud. When kids can name their emotions, they\u2019re better
    equipped to manage them.<\/p>\n
