Evangelization team

The mission of our Evangelization Team is simple yet profound: to be witnesses who proclaim and invite others to encounter and participate in the transformative love of Christ.

Our team works to foster a culture of invitation and accompaniment within our parish. We strive to help parishioners grow in their own relationship with Jesus and to share that joy with others—whether through parish events, personal conversations, or outreach efforts in our broader community. We seek to create opportunities where everyone can feel welcomed, known, and invited into the life of the Church.

In collaboration with our pastor and parish leadership, we develop initiatives that encourage deeper discipleship and equip parishioners to share the Gospel in their daily lives. To help us live out this mission, the Evangelization Team is organized into three subcommittees: Formation, Prayer, and Outreach.

formation

This subcommittee helps to form leaders within the parish, equipping them in prayer, evangelization, and discipleship so they can lead others to do the same.

Prayer

This subcommittee’s charism is to pray and promote prayer throughout the parish, interceding for our community and seeking wisdom in discernment

Outreach

This subcommittee leads our parish’s outward facing efforts, ensuring that evangelization extends beyond our parish walls and into our neighborhoods.
The Evangelization Team is committed to walking alongside each of you in your faith journey. We invite you to join us in this mission—whether by participating in parish events, extending a warm welcome to someone new, or praying for those who have yet to encounter Jesus in a personal way.
Thank you for your openness and witness. Together, we can build up the Body of Christ here at North American Martyrs and beyond.
For the Kingdom,
