holy communion
what is holy communion?
Holy Communion is the act by which we receive the sacrament of Holy Eucharist, the body and blood of Jesus Christ.
The Eucharist is “the source and summit of the Christan life.” The Eucharist is the efficacious sign and subline cause of that communion in divine life and that unity of People of God by which the Church is kept in being. it is the celebration we already unite ourselves with the heavenly liturgy and anticipate eternal life, when God will be all in all.
