PTO News
Dear NAM Families,
In just a few weeks we will be kicking off our primary fundraiser for the year. We will be doing Raise Craze again, with new incentives to keep it fresh and fun. You might be wondering…
Didn’t we just do Raise Craze less than one year ago? Yes! Who can forget that trifecta of slimed priests?! So a bit of backstory might be helpful. In years past, PTO has typically held a fundraiser in both fall and spring (these included the Calendar Lottery, Walk with Jesus, and Step It Up/POP…). Last year, PTO switched to only one fundraiser, Raise Craze, which kicked off during Catholic Schools Week and ended mid-February. This year, considering other school and parish events and activities in the spring, we are moving the PTO fundraiser to fall.
Why Raise Craze? Raise Craze focuses on acts of kindness congruent with our Catholic faith and has low overhead/high donation retention compared to other fundraisers.
What will we do with funds raised? Funds raised will be used for things like classroom stipends, staff appreciation, grounds maintenance, showcase/graduation receptions, and much more. The chart below shows an overview of anticipated PTO expenses for this academic year.
More details will be coming soon. We hope you will join us for another successful year of raising funds for our school!
Sincerely,
NAM PTO
